This allows your guests to focus on other people and other events during the party without worrying about where the DJ is.

Another thing that you will want to do is either talk to the DJ that is working your event or at least someone that works with them. When it comes to the DJ booth, this can help cater to the playlist that they are aiming to have for your party. 

Depending on the type of party you want to have, DJs may have to bring certain equipment to maximize a song’s quality. Get an idea of what equipment they are going to need to bring for their DJ booth. 

Then, you can get a better idea of if the spacing works or if you need to make any changes.
